Ways of making paper ..


Paper is made from pulp raw material name, what is pulp? pulp is interwoven fibers that have been processed in such a way as to form a sheet. Pulp is derived from plant fibers can be of wood, bamboo, rice, bagasse and other plants that contain fiber. but in general, the fiber used for paper is WOOD.
After the wood is cut and then processed and the first to do adalh cutting wood with a wood chipper and then cooked for the purpose of removal of the sap in the wood that is left is the fiber. The ripening processes using process SULPHATE (using materials clams sulfate to remove sap wood) or sulphites.
After experiencing the cooking process and then the fiber is bleached using chlorine or dibleaching, compounds containing chlorine or chemicals such as fabric than chlorine peroxide bleaching process and once this is complete then formed sheet-ready to make paper.

After the addition of chemicals is completed then the fiber is processed into sheets of paper, which in turn can be used as needed ......
