CONTENT Al-FatihahPraise be to Allah, the Lord of hosts, [2].
Most Gracious, Most Merciful, [3].
Who mastered the Day of Judgment, [4].
You alone we worship and Thee only we ask for help, [5].
Show us the straight way, [6].
(They
are) the people which thou hast bestowed favors to them, not (the way)
of their wrath instead (way too) those who go astray [7]. "

A. Status LetterThis letter is a letter Makkiyyah the opinion of the majority of scholars. (Tafsir al-Baghawiy: 1/16; al-Muharrir al-Wajîz: 1/61)
B. Name MailThis
letter has a name and it shows a lot of glory and greatness, because a
lot of the glory of the owner's name indicates that name.

C. PrefermentThis letter has a great virtue and has been described by many sayings about them, including:
1. Hadeeth
narrated by 'Ubadah bin al-Samit that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi
wa sallam who said, "No (legal / perfect) a prayer that does not read
Fatiha al-Kitab (Opener Qur'aan, al-Fatiha)." (Saheeh al- Jami ', the book of al-Adhan: 1/184)
2. From
Abu Hurairah radliyallâhu 'anhu, he said, I have heard the Prophet
sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "Allah Ta'ala says, 'I have divided
the prayer between Me and My servant with two parts: half for Me and the other half for My servant and the servant what he asked for.
If a servant say, 'al-Hamdulillâhi Rabbil the worlds.' Allah Ta'ala replied, 'My servant has praised Me.'
And when he said, 'ar-Rahmanir Rahim.' Allah Ta'ala replied, 'My servant has praised Me.'
And when he said, 'Maliki Yawmid din.' Allah Ta'ala replied, 'My servant has glorified Me.'
And
when he said, 'Iyyâka na'budu wa iyyâka nasta'în.' Allah Ta'ala
replied, 'This is (part) between Me and My servant, and My servant for
what he wants.'

when he said, 'Ihdinash Shirâthal Mustaqim Shirâthal Ladzîna An'amta'
alaihim Ghairil Maghdlûbi 'alaihim wa ladl Dlâllîn.' Allah Ta'ala
replied, 'This is for My servant, and My servant for what he wants. "(HR

D. Virtue Speech "Amen"In
the Sahih al-Bukhâriy, there is the hadeeth narrated by Abu Hurayrah
that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "When the Imam
utter' Waladl Dlâllîn ', then say' amen ', because anyone who
pengaminannya pengaminan coincide with the Angels, it will be forgiven for her past sins. "(HR.al-Bukhâriy)
Whereas
in Saheeh Muslim, stated, "When the Imam utter 'Waladl Dlâllin', then
say 'amen', Allah will answer (granted to) you." (HR.Muslim)
E. Read it in the PrayerRead
al-Fatiha is obligatory for every Muslim in every raka'at prayers and
can not be replaced with reading or other translations.
Reading
it is including pillars of prayer, both individual duty and sunnah and
should be for the congregation in prayer Jahriyyah (which dinyaringkan
reading), read with Sirr (softly, not loud).
(Regarding the legal reading Al-Fatiha in the prayer there are differences of opinion among the scholars-ed.,)
F. Meaning of Sentences"Alhamdu" means flattery / praise for God's nature and attributes of perfection that is he worth it.
"Lillahi" means that He is the dituhankan and worshiped, shall be eligible to diesakan in worship to Him.
"Rabb" meaning al-Murabbi, al-Malik (owner). "Rabb"
is the name of Allah Ta'ala names and the use of this word in Arabic
for him other than just in the form of Mudlâf (Compound), such as the
phrase, "Rabbud Dar" (owner / host), and so on.
"Al-'alamin" means everything other than God (the universe)
"Ar-Rahmanir Rahim" are two names that indicate that He is the Owner Ta'ala mercy (Maha loving) a vast and lofty.
"Maliki Yawmid Din" the Day of Resurrection. Named
by Yawmud Din because they worship Allah Ta'ala told by their deeds: if
good, then good in return and if bad, it is bad return. And
meaning Yawmid Din Maliki is that all instruction is only for God and
very visible once the creatures are perfect for the perfection of his
ownership and possession of the creature breaks.
"Iyyâka
na'budu wa iyyâka nasta'în" that we do not worship except Allah alone
and we do not ask for help except Him, so that we mengkhususkannya in
worship and ask for help, and leave other than Him. "Worship is a term that encompasses every word, deed and unseen who loved God and His diridlai. While
the meaning Isti'ânah (for help) is to hold on to God in getting
manfa'at and reject harmful accompanied his confidence in getting it. whereas
why 'worship precedence over Isti'ânah is a form of attention in the
preface of his rights over the rights of His servants.
"Ihdinash Shirâthal Mustaqim" the show and give us guidance and taufiq. Ash-shirath
al-Mustaqim is the way described, and submit to Allah, Islam and the
people who were given favors to them, which from among the Prophets, the
truthful ones, martyrs and righteous people.
"Ghairil
Maghdlûbi 'Alaihim" that is, people who knew al-Haq, but leave it as
Jews and those who resemble them from among the people of knowledge, but
do not practice it.
"Waladl Dlâllîn", namely those Christians and those who worship God in a state of ignorant and misguided. v "Amen", this does not include the verse in Sura al-Fatiha, the meaning is, 'God, please allow. It is advisable for the Imam to say, as well as the congregation and those who pray alone.
Although this letter is concise yet contains things that are not a single letter of the letters in the Qur'an pregnancy. It
contains the types of Tawheed; Rubûbiyyah monotheism, ie at his word
"Rabbil 'alamin"; Uluhiyyah monotheism, that is derived from al-Jalâlah
lafazh "Allah" and of his word "Wa Na'budu Iyyâka Iyyâka Nasta'în" ; monotheism and Shifât asthma ', which sets the properties of the perfection of God. In this case, through the establishment of praise to Him and others.

This letter contains the prayers of the most complete and most bermanfa'at for a slave, "Ihdinash Shirâthal Mustaqim". Therefore, one should pray to Allah on every raka'at of prayer because he requires the it.
